Reminded of the mountains of her childhood home, Amy Conner-Murphy immediately found home again when she relocated to Asheville with her family nine years ago. To meet the needs of a growing family, she began work on the design for her own home, and later was on site everyday managing the construction, and on occasion wielding her own hammer. The experience convinced Amy that her true calling was in residential architecture and design.
She drew from her background with notable corporate and commercial architectural firms in Charlotte, North Carolina and Dallas, Texas to establish a small residential architecture practice. Seven years and many projects later, Amy has assembled a team of like-minded professionals, committed to excellence in design, quality, integrity, service . . . and the ideal of “creating home.”
