Diane was born in Haverhill, Ma but grew up in Derry, NH. Diane graduated from Pinkerton Academy High School and then obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management with a minor in Marketing from Franklin Pierce College in New Hampshire.
Diane moved to Lake Lure with her life partner, Rick, after living and working in Phoenix, AZ for 17 years. Diane worked for 13 years as an Executive Assistant to the CEO for a 403B non-profit organization where she was able to hone in on her business development, operations & human resources skills.
After Diane’s life partner had traveled numerous times on business to the Asheville area, they decided to make the move to Lake Lure. Rick knew that once they had spent a few weeks here in WNC that Diane would love it and he was correct! They made several visits to the area prior to settling here in Lake Lure.
“I have had the pleasure of living in many parts of the U.S.–each unique and beautiful in their own right, but there’s nothing like the call of the mountains. Myself a transplant to Western North Carolina, I bring this perspective to working with our clients. I know first hand that it doesn’t take long at all before you feel like you’re a part of the fabric of this community.”

A: “I would say ” busy, busy, busy.”
Q: What is your favorite thing to do in WNC?
Q: What are your favorite hobbies?
A: “Hiking with my dog Sasha & riding my ride”
Q: What made you choose WNC as home?
A: “The beauty of the mountains and four seasons with a mild Winter”
Q: If you could live anywhere else, where would it be?
A: “On a large horse farm in WNC”
Q: What room do you spend the most time in at home?
A: “Living room”
Q: If you could change one thing about your home what would it be?
A: “Closer to the city (Hendersonville or Asheville)”
Q: What is your favorite type of food?
A: “All food!!”
Q: When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A: “An Equestrian and a Veterinarian”
Q: How do you take your coffee?
A: “Preferably with friends or just with a little milk”
Q: Tell us something a lot of people don’t know about you.
A: “I was an ROTC student while in my junior & senior year in college. I completed basic training as an ROTC Cadet in Fort Knox, Ky. I completed basic camp at the top of my class for physical fitness and leadership.”
Q: If you could visit anywhere in the world you haven’t been, where would it be?
A: “Bali (Island in Indonesia)”
