Two Phase Mountain Modern

Modern Mountain Home in two phase renovation and next addition

Rendering of the completed home.

Phase One of this mountain modern home overlooking downtown Asheville is complete. The first phase included an extensive renovation of the current home. This modern cottage was originally planned to be a vacation rental due to its close proximity to downtown Asheville and its beautiful views. Upon further consideration, the couple decided to make it their own with a full scale renovation of the existing cottage in Phase One. Construction has now begun on Phase Two, featuring a three storey structure that includes a main level garage with large studio beneath and guest suite above that which will capture even more amazing views of Asheville and the mountains. A dramatic glass bridge will connect the new structure to the existing home and will highlight pieces from the owner’s art collection.

The following video shows a drone video flyover of the completed phase one with interior shots of the kitchen and the amazing views that convinced the homeowners that this would be their home.
