This circa-1980 Colonial style farmhouse was transformed both inside and out to become a lovely Craftsman home; a perfect compliment to the farm setting. The interior floor plan was opened up to allow flow between the family gathering spaces. The new kitchen design featured amenities and attributes necessary for an accomplished cook while maintaining its Craftsman character with modified Shaker style natural cherry cabinets, local handmade tile backsplash punctuated by a quiet dark granite. The great room was made dramatic by raising the ceiling to new dormer windows that allowed natural light through ribbon windows. The rooms on the rear of the home changed focus with the addition of many new windows facing a new outdoor summer kitchen, complete with stone pizza oven, and undulating pool anchored by a new pool house opposite the summer kitchen.
