Project Update for the Thoroughly Modern Mountain

The design work is complete and construction has begun on the Thoroughly Modern Mountain with it’s amazing views overlooking Asheville. Here is a 3D video showing the design of clean lines and modern massings. This renovation project is taking place in two phases. The first phase includes an extensive renovation of the current home with completion expected in early 2022. Phase two includes a large addition with three new levels of living space. Construction for phase one is expected to be complete in early 2022.
